Warranty and After-Sales Assistance

According to Decree-Law n.º 67/2003 of 8 April, with amendments introduced by Decree-Law no. 84/2008, of 21 May.

All equipment is covered by a 2-year compliance guarantee.

If the purchased product is defective, you must notify our Customer Service, informing the number of your order or purchase invoice and the description of the malfunction.

Return and refund policy

The Customer may cancel his order at any time until delivery, with the right to reimburse all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order, the Customer may exercise its right of free resolution under the terms legally established and as indicated below, namely, in Decree-Law n.º 24/2014 of 14 February.

Within the scope of its Customer Satisfaction Policy, and in accordance with the applicable legislation, HipoRobalo makes it possible to exchange or return (contract resolution) of products, within 30 days from the date of its receipt, without any payment compensation and without having to state the reason.

In order to exercise its right of free resolution, the Customer must communicate, to our store or to our Customer Service, through our Contacts, your decision to terminate this agreement must be stated by letter or mail.

The Client must return the goods, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you informed HipoRobalo of the free termination of the contract. The Customer must return the goods before 14 (fourteen) days.

The Customer must support the costs of sending the goods in case of exercise of the right of free termination of the contract.

In the return and exchange of articles, the Customer must respect the following conditions:

• Presentation of the invoice of the product.
• Delivery of the product in the same conditions in which it was sold - without risk, without external damages, in perfect working condition, packaged in its original packaging, accompanied by the user manual and all its accessories.

All items will be checked upon arrival at our site and only those that respect the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return. Refunds will only be made after checking the condition of the product.

HipoRobalo reserves the right not to accept articles that do not fulfill these conditions.
